In the manufacturing of pharmaceutical solids, achieving homogeneity in the mixtures created by container blenders is crucial. The aim is to ensure an even distribution of all components within the mixture.

The blending elements inside the container lid enable all Bohle blending systems to achieve uniform mixing of dry powder batches. The blending technique is adjustable for amounts ranging from four to 12,000 liters.

Blending or mixing containers of varying sizes can be utilized for maximum versatility. The Bohle blending method ensures that batches with densities ranging from 0.2 to 1.2 kg/l and the effective mixing of batches between 20–85 % are successfully combined.

The blending operation is a completely enclosed process. Each container is equipped with an inner lid for the purpose of filling. Additionally, the blender serves as a milling station to facilitate material transfer from one container to another.
