Endmill Base is a military base and one of the many main dungeons in Sand Land. You need to head to the base to save Ann in Sand Land.
Your top priority is to just get into the castle. The Swimmers and the Resistance are making the distraction and if you try to intervene, you won’t do any damage to the enemy tanks, so just keep going to the fortress.
This dungeon’s thing is staying low profile trying to find Ann, which means stealth is a huge piece of it. In this first area, you’ll want to head to the right, scare the soldier here, and then go up the more sparsely surveillance upper floor. Spook anyone in your way and make it to the doorway with the mission marker.
In the next section, you’ll need to watch the soldiers on the floor. If you’ve done any other fortress stealth missions, you’ll realize that these soldiers have not only wider paths that can be more difficult to pace, but they’ll often stop and converse if two of them have overlapping paths. Make sure you don’t catch two at a time and watch their movements so you can get close to the open door, then spook the guy guarding it.
As you make your way around here, you’ll meet back up with Thief and Rao to find Ann behind a locked cell. Open it up to free her, and she’s grateful, but she also has a better target: for you guys to head to the command center and find the Aquanium radar.
Follow the markers to the next area, where you’ll find an enormous room that counts as one sneak segment should you get caught at any point. Ambush the first guy around the shipping crates, do the same as the last segment, and watch for the wider paths of the soldiers down here.
When you make it through the waymarked doors, keep going to find the command center. You figure out where you need to head next, but the alarm has already been sounded. Time to get the heck out of Endmill Base
You’ll get stopped at the spot before the command center that is conspicuously boss-sized, but you won’t really have to face a boss, just meet the Forest Army’s most fortified captain. After escaping, you’ll have to fight your way through several waves of enemy soldiers as you make your escape. Note that you can whip out your tank here at this point, as you’re no longer being stealthy.
After making it through several waves, Rao shows up and has commandeered a battle armor vehicle suit! He lets Beelz take it for a joyride, where you’ll encounter another battle armor once you’re outside. Cross the bridge to find the last bastion of defense a sturdy tank and take it down.
