Packaging Machines Intl. (Elk Grove, IL) has upgraded its CSI-TW-HS tray shrink-wrapping system. The new system can operate around the clock, efficiently wrapping trays of bottles or cans at rates to more than 60 trays/min.

System has low-temperature seal insert technology, and a continuous-motion reciprocating seal carriage with synchronized flight bar tray pacing for reliable high-speed performance.
