Product Description

The TB1000k ton bag packing unit is consist of of weighing detecting sensor, load cell, bag supporting frame ,electric trolly and moving track, used for weighing filling packaging bulk powder or granules in ton bags.

Detailed PhotosOur Advantages
1the machine has a stable weighing controlling system which consists of high accuracy sensors(0.02%) and high resolution controlling meters.
2The feeding mechanism adopts two valves of different sizes to realize coarse feeding, slow feeding and accurate feeding.
3Weighing frame is connected to sensors and reflect weighing signal to electric box which controls the run of the whole machine.
4 Electric trolly moves on the track back and forth and conveys packed products.
5The trolly's start and stop is controlled by operator and its final position is determined by two limit switches.

Yes, we have designed and made some non-standard design packaging lines for customers, such as the screw weigher for ice cubes, which greatly reduces the problem of ice agglomeration We designed and developed bag edge folding & sealing and bottom flatting device on packing machine to make more beautiful bag shapes.We developed a high speed continuous packaging machine for increasing the packaging speed to 100bags per min.We developed a lifting screw metering machine to solve the dust problem in the ultra fine powder packaging process,etc.
