Name:pre-freezing system1) Qucik freezer room is made of PU color steel plate.2) First freeze the product into -18ºC after 3-4 hours.The room temperature can be -18ºC~-35ºC.3) Inner with copper tube aluminum sheet and cooling fans

Name: Vacuum pump system1) World famous brand of vacuum pump,German Leybold.2) Two units of vacuum pump,roots+rotary-vane pumps.When pre-vacuumized,need two units open together to make sure the pot reaching 133Pa within 15 minutes quickly.Product won't change shape or anything.When formal vacuum drying, one unit of pump to ensure vacuum environment is ok.Energy save.
