About JY Series Liquid Detergent Mixer

---To produce liquid washing products, like shampoo, liquid soap, bath shower, dish washing, hand washing, lubricating oil, etc.---An all-round frame scraper mixing paddle, with single direction or double direction agitator, use frequency inveter to adjust the speed for making good products according to formular process.---High speed shear homoginizer, 3000rpm strong mixing for solid and liguid materials and other insoluble materials, saving energy consumption and greatly shortening the production time. ---Can heat or cool the materials according to the process requirements, heating method can be selected according to customer requirement with steam heating or electric heating. ---The pot body is composed of three layers of stainless steel plate welding,tank and pipe for mirror polishing, full in line with GMP requirement.---Use SUS304 or SUS316L Stainless Steel.---Can choose to match vacuum pump, carry out vacuum bubble (customized).

Cosmetic Machine JY/S series Liquid Detergent Mixing Tank is high-efficiency liquid detergent vessel specially designed for mass production. The vessel is equipped with specialized AES self-absorption dissolving decollators, only by opening the valve, plenty of AES materials can be fed within several minutes in the production. AES is dispersed evenly during feeding so it can fully mixed and dissolved in the water, without the frothy phenomenon occurred during normal manual feeding. This equipment can greatly reduce working time and labor intensity, and is suitable for all sorts of cold and hot feeding process. This series of machines have the mixing blades of many structural shapes for your option, and the vessel body has many shapes such as normal temperature, heating, normal pressure and vacuum, the machine has the advantages of high productivity, low power consumption, strong adaptability and broad usages, it is the ideal equipment to produce liquid detergent products.
