Product Description

1. Dryer Maintenance:
A. Dust the environment frequently to keep the Dryer clean.
B. Must clean out the inflammaable materials and sundries on the electric radiator before operating the Dryer.
C. Inspect power unit and gearbox of the Dryer regularly.
D. Remove dust from seives to ensure convulsion is unobstructed each time after using.
E. If the Dryer operates abnormally, it must be stopped promptly and being fixed.
F. The complete maintenance should be performed every half a year. Add lubricating oil to the bearing every three months.
2. Installation attention:
A. Consider ventilation flow when determing the place of installation.
B. Machines must be installed on the solid foundatins and be adjusted to the level, then the setcrews should be used to fit the angel iron on the machines to fix them.

4. Safety instruction and warning:
A. Do not operate machine if power line is damaged obviously.
B. Make sure exterior panel is properly installed and no exposed objects may carry electricity before starting the machine.
C. Do not knock the glass window of front door, otherwise it may cause injure.
D. Make sure no hard objects are inside inner canister before closing the door and starting the machine to avoid damage inner canister.
E. Make sure the inner canister does not run when taking out fabric. Do not put hands inside inner canister while it's running.
F. Do not let minor to use the machine or plays around the machine. Keep pets out of the machine.
G. Make sure safety devices and operating components are in good condition. Do not dismantle.
H. Do not store flammable or explosive objects near the machine.
I. Do not use tinsel to the surface of the machine.
J. The dryer outer body must touch ground when it is installed.
K. Special instruction: All inflammable materials like fabric and paper sheet, etc. Are forbiddon on the electric radiator to avoid the fire.
5. Translation and maintenance:
A. The machine should be packed in wooden crate normally;
B. Use correct transport means to transport the machine from outside to inside. If using forklift, make sure it has enough capacity.
C. If it is not installed righgt after being transported to customer, it must be plced in dry ventilated place and avoid the rain.

Pre-Sale Service
Before the order is confirmed, we will provide free laundry layout and all the consultation about the product.

Sale Service
1). In-depth Design
When the order is confirmed, we will communicate with the professional staff from the buyer's part and discuss the in-depth drawing design. Besides, we will provide the whole laundry factory layout design for free. The design scheme will be including equipment installation drawing about foundation, water inlet, drainage, air input and output, compressed air and electricity.

2). Installation
All the machines are well tested before we delivery the machines to the operator
When the equipment arrive to the buyer, we will send our technical staffs to provide field installation guidance and any other necessary help to ensure proper and standard installation.

3). Testing
After installation, our staff will help our customer to test the machine and check all the technical index, function, specification of the machine. Also we will comprehensively eliminate all the possible human-caused damage or troubles during installation to make sure the machine will operate in its best condition.

4). Operation Training
Before the machine is put into use, we will provide operation training to ensure the operators from the buyer's part can work independently. The training includes proper operation, safe startup, smooth operation, proper washing, linen check and categorization and machine maintenance. Also we will help operators to learn the right way to save water, energy and emergent stop operation.
