Pin type bead mill

Pin type bead mill has characteristics as showed below:

New design of pin-type grinding compents,with high grinding efficiency and high output,but low energy consumption.

With smaller length/diameter ratio and higher energy consumption.

Using large flux static centrifugal seperation screen,with larger discharging area,grinding meduim without contact with screen,no abrasion,thus with longer service lift.

Grinding barrel and grinding rotor adopt forced cooling system,with lower discharging temperature and no influence of sensitive materials.

Adopting high quality wear-resisting alloy steel,reduce pollution of materials in the processing of grinding.Different materials are potional as stainless steel,high polymer materials,ceramic,etc.
